One Account Per Player
Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one active 90iji account. Duplicate accounts — regardless of whether they use different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and balances.
Fair Play Obligation
All bets and game sessions at 90iji must reflect genuine personal wagering activity. Use of automated tools, bots, collusion strategies, or exploit-based techniques to gain unfair advantage is forbidden. 90iji uses real-time risk monitoring and reserves the right to void bets placed in breach of this rule.
Bonus Terms Apply

Account Security

Section 1
Definitions
In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
- "Platform" means the 90iji website accessible at https://90iji.app, including all sub-pages, mobile-optimised views, and any associated applications or services operated by 90iji.
- "We", "Us", "Our", "90iji" refers to the operator of the Platform and all entities acting on its behalf.
- "You", "User", "Player" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
- "Account" means the registered user account created by You on the Platform following successful completion of the registration process.
- "Balance" means the total real-money funds held in Your Account at any given time, denominated in BDT or INR as applicable.
- "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free bets, cashback amounts, or other promotional value awarded to Your Account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
- "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that must be placed using Bonus Funds before those funds may be converted to withdrawable cash.
- "Eligible Markets" means those sports, events, and casino games on which 90iji currently accepts wagers as displayed in the Platform's active game and sportsbook lobby.
- "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka, the local currency accepted by 90iji for deposits and withdrawals via mobile wallet and banking channels available in Bangladesh.
- "INR" means Indian Rupee, an additional currency accepted by 90iji to serve cross-border South Asian players.
- "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by law and from which access to the Platform is therefore blocked or restricted.
- "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process 90iji may require Users to complete before processing withdrawals or unlocking higher account limits.

Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Platform in any manner — whether by browsing, registering an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or using any feature of the 90iji service — You confirm that You have read these Terms & Conditions in full, that You understand them, and that You agree to be legally bound by them. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, You must immediately cease using the Platform.
These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable bonus or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between You and 90iji with respect to Your use of the Platform. No verbal representation, prior agreement, or informal communication overrides these written terms.
90iji operates as an online entertainment platform. You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that You participate entirely of Your own free will. It is Your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in Your jurisdiction before placing any wager.
Section 3
Age Restriction & Eligibility
The 90iji Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering an Account, You declare and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which Your Account remains active. Providing false information regarding Your age is a serious breach of these Terms & Conditions.
In addition to the age requirement, You must also satisfy the following eligibility criteria in order to maintain an active Account:
- You are acting on Your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
- You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any Prohibited Territory where online gambling is illegal or restricted.
- You are not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 90iji or any of its affiliated game studio or payment partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded from 90iji or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
- You are not subject to any court order, guardianship, or legal restriction that would prevent You from entering into a binding agreement.
90iji reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any point. Where a User is unable or unwilling to provide satisfactory proof, 90iji may suspend or permanently close the Account and withhold any balance pending investigation.
Section 4
Account Registration
To access the full range of 90iji services — including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — You must create a registered Account. The registration process requires You to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including, but not limited to, Your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
You are strictly limited to one Account per individual. The creation of multiple Accounts using the same personal details, or using different details to circumvent a suspension, constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In such cases, 90iji reserves the right to close all associated Accounts and forfeit any Balance or Bonus Funds held within them.
You are responsible for keeping Your Account login credentials — including Your username and password — confidential at all times. You must not share Your credentials with any other person. 90iji will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to Your Account where such access was made possible by Your failure to maintain credential security.
90iji may, at its sole discretion, require You to complete a KYC verification process. This may involve submitting a government-issued photo identification document, proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of any payment method linked to Your Account. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or Account suspension.
Section 5
Deposits & Withdrawals
90iji accepts deposits in BDT via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay, as well as via Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank channels. INR deposits are also accepted for eligible users. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 BDT or the equivalent in the account's denomination. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account tier.
All deposits are credited to Your Account Balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. In the event of a technical delay, 90iji Customer Support should be contacted with a transaction reference number. Deposits are non-refundable once credited and used for wagering.
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods that have been previously used to fund the Account, subject to verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. 90iji targets withdrawal processing within 20 minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods; processing times for bank transfers may extend to 1–3 business days.
90iji reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will not be processed while a wagering requirement associated with Bonus Funds remains outstanding, unless You elect to forfeit the relevant Bonus Funds prior to withdrawal. All funds withdrawn must originate from legitimate personal deposits and winnings — 90iji operates strict anti-money-laundering checks on all outgoing transactions.
Section 6
Betting & Gaming Rules
All wagers placed on the 90iji Platform — whether on sports markets, live casino tables, slots, crash games, or any other Eligible Market — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that market or game type, as displayed within the Platform at the time of placing the wager. These Terms & Conditions apply to all such activity in addition to any game-specific rules.
A bet is not accepted until You receive an on-screen confirmation showing your bet reference number and the odds or multiplier at which the bet was taken. If no confirmation is received due to a technical interruption, the bet should be considered void and no funds will have been deducted. Contact 90iji Support with the session timestamp if You are uncertain about the status of a wager.
90iji uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all slot and virtual table games, independently audited for fairness. For live casino games, physical dealing equipment and real-time video streams are used. Results are final once the relevant round is settled and confirmed on-screen. 90iji will not reverse settled bets except in cases of verifiable technical fault on the part of the Platform.
The following conditions apply to all sports betting markets on 90iji:
- Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation are the locked odds for that wager.
- In-play betting markets are suspended and re-opened at 90iji's discretion during live events. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if the outcome is already known at the time of placement.
- Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after fewer than the minimum number of overs or periods required for settlement, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for that market state otherwise.
- Maximum payout limits per event and per day apply to all accounts. These limits are available on request from Customer Support.
Section 7
Bonuses & Promotions
90iji offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback schemes, and seasonal offers tied to events such as IPL, BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All promotions are governed by individual bonus terms published alongside the offer. Where any conflict exists between a specific bonus term and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific bonus term shall prevail.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable bonus terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions offered by 90iji:
- Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
- The standard wagering requirement for all bonuses is published on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period, after which any unmet Bonus Funds will expire and be removed from Your Account.
- Bonus Funds may only be used on Eligible Markets as specified in the bonus terms. Using Bonus Funds on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
- 90iji reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim Bonus Funds if there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to: bonus stacking, arbitrage betting with Bonus Funds, or use of multiple Accounts to claim the same offer.
- Each promotion is limited to one claim per eligible Account unless the bonus terms explicitly state otherwise.
Promotional offers are not transferable between Accounts, cannot be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements, and hold no monetary value outside of the 90iji Platform.
Section 8
Prohibited Conduct
To maintain a safe, fair, and compliant environment for all users, 90iji strictly prohibits the following conduct. Engagement in any of the activities listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:
- Use of automated software: Deploying bots, scripts, macros, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner not available to regular players.
- Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate the outcome of any card game, live table, or tournament hosted on the Platform.
- Fraud and money laundering: Using the Platform to process funds derived from illegal activity, or attempting to use gambling activity as a mechanism for money laundering or tax evasion.
- Chargebacks: Disputing legitimate transactions with Your payment provider after funds have been used for wagering on the Platform. Chargebacks initiated in bad faith will result in permanent Account closure and recovery action for any amounts fraudulently reclaimed.
- Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one Account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, circumventing limits, or evading a prior suspension.
- Exploitation of software errors: Deliberately exploiting bugs, glitches, or pricing errors in the Platform to gain financial advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation are considered void and will be reversed.
- Impersonation: Accessing or attempting to access another User's Account, or misrepresenting Your identity during the registration or KYC process.
Section 9
Account Suspension & Closure
90iji reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, failure to complete required KYC verification, suspected fraudulent activity, or where continued operation of the Account would place 90iji in breach of any applicable legal obligation.
Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, access to the Balance will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the Account will be reinstated and access to the Balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
Users may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting 90iji Customer Support via the in-platform live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money Balance remaining after settlement of outstanding bets will be returned to the User's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon Account closure unless the applicable bonus terms state otherwise.
Self-exclusion requests — where a User wishes to be excluded from the Platform for a defined period or permanently on responsible gaming grounds — are handled separately. Please refer to our Responsible Gaming page for full details on self-exclusion options available at 90iji.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
All content on the 90iji Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, graphics, page layouts, software code, text content, game interfaces, promotional materials, and the 90iji trademark — is the intellectual property of 90iji or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit You to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on any Platform content without express prior written permission from 90iji.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any software component of the Platform.
- Remove, obscure, or alter any copyright notice, trademark, or proprietary rights legend displayed on or within the Platform.
- Use the 90iji brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar mark in any public-facing context without prior written authorisation.
Game content provided by third-party studios — including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi — remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is subject to their own licensing arrangements with 90iji. Any breach of intellectual property rights may result in legal action in addition to Account suspension.
Section 11
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 90iji shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its services. This includes, without limitation, losses arising from:
- Interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game, market, or service within it.
- Technical errors, server failures, network outages, or data corruption that affect the display of odds, game outcomes, or Account balances.
- Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers outside 90iji's direct control.
- Decisions made by You in reliance on any information, statistics, or content displayed on the Platform.
- Unauthorised access to Your Account resulting from Your own failure to maintain the security of Your login credentials.
90iji makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled maintenance windows and emergency technical work may result in temporary unavailability, for which 90iji shall bear no liability toward Users.
In all cases where 90iji is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of 90iji to You in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the total value of real-money deposits made by You to Your Account in the 30 calendar days preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.
Section 12
Amendments to These Terms
90iji reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice, save where the nature of the change requires advance communication to Users under applicable law or good practice. Where amendments are material — for example, changes to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or eligibility criteria — 90iji will provide reasonable notice via a prominent Platform notification or by email to the address registered on Your Account.
The current version of the Terms & Conditions, as published on this page, is the operative version. The date on which this page was most recently reviewed is indicated on the Platform. It is Your responsibility to check this page periodically to ensure You are aware of any changes. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of an amendment constitutes Your unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
If You object to any amendment, Your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close Your Account. Outstanding real-money Balances will be returned to Your verified payment method upon Account closure, subject to any holds required during outstanding bet settlement or active investigations.
